Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all major towns and cities within Kenya. For international shipping, please contact our support team before placing your order.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (1–2 business days) – Available for all Kenyan locations.
- Same-Day Delivery (Within Nairobi only) – Orders must be placed before 8:00 PM.
- Next-Day Delivery – Available for select towns outside Nairobi.
Delivery timelines may vary based on product availability and destination.
Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and weight of the order. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions—subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on social media for updates.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
Order Tracking
After dispatch, you’ll receive a tracking link to monitor your delivery status in real-time. If you encounter any delivery issues, please contact our support team.
Delivery Partners
We partner with trusted local courier services such as G4S, Fargo Courier, and other reputable delivery partners to ensure timely and secure delivery.
In-Store Pickup
We also offer a free in-store pickup option at our Nairobi branch. Customers will be notified when the order is ready for collection.
Delays and Exceptions
While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occur due to weather, courier availability, or high-demand periods. We will notify you promptly in such cases.
